Harnessing the Transitional Energy of March
March 2, 2023Everything is Energy
April 15, 2023Your voice is one of the most powerful tools you possess. It has the ability to convey your thoughts, emotions, and ideas in a way that nothing else can. Whether you are public speaking, singing a song, or simply engaging in conversation, your voice can make a lasting impression on those around you.
Our voices are influenced by our thoughts, emotions and beliefs, which are rooted in our subconscious mind. The tone of our voice can reveal how we are feeling – whether we are happy, sad, angry or anxious. The words we choose, and the energy we use to empower them, can also reveal our underlying beliefs and values.
For example, if we tend to use negative language or speak in a self-critical manner, this can be a reflection of negative beliefs. In this way our voice can reveal patterns of behaviour and thought. (It’s important to remember that our speech are influenced by a wide range of factors, including environment, upbringing and social conditioning.)
And that’s not even considering that your voice is a powerful piece of the manifestation puzzle. Your voice carries vibration and intention out into the Universe. In creation stories the world over, sound came before creation. It’s also an incredible tool for spiritual connection.
Do you use your voice with intention? Do you know how to harness its power?
Being centered and grounded when you speak will ensure that your presence radiates out with your voice. Make sure that the ideas and intentions you communicate are in alignment. Remember, everything is energy! Speaking untruths or half-truths affect you energetically. Be present, and believe the words you share.
2. Breath
Your breath is an essential component of voice. Take some deep breaths before speaking or singing to help support your voice. Breathing exercises such as diaphragmatic breathing or the Huna HA breath that can help you to develop greater control over your voice and improve your overall sound quality. Without question, your breath can empower your voice.
3. Find your natural voice.
Your natural voice is the sound that your voice makes when you speak or sing without any conscious effort. It is the most authentic and genuine representation of your voice. Take the time to explore your natural voice, allow it and embrace it. You may find, like me, that as you do your healing work, your voice changes as you do.
4. Let your body support you.
Your body plays a crucial role in your voice production. Stand up straight, engage your core muscles, and use your hands to emphasize your words. This will not only help you to project your voice more effectively, but it will also add energy and excitement to your words.
5. Be confident.
Confidence is key when it comes to using your voice. Believe in yourself, your ideas and your message, and let that confidence shine through. Remember, the more confident you appear, the more likely others will be to listen to what you have to say.
6. Harness the power of your emotions.
Your emotions are a powerful tool when it comes to using your voice. Whether you are giving a passionate speech or singing a heartfelt ballad, let your emotions guide your delivery. Open your heart. Use tone and inflection to convey the appropriate emotions and connect with others on a deeper level.
If you want to supercharge your speaking, I recommend harnessing the power of your subconscious.
Why not use it to release anxiety, fear and limiting beliefs and bolster your confidence? All true change must be accepted on the subconscious level.
