While tapping the side of the hand, repeat:
I deeply and completely love myself even though I don’t like how I’m feeling right now.
I deeply and completely love myself even though I’m trying to think my way out of my emotions.
I deeply and completely love myself even though I think too much.
Now tap through the tapping points:
I need to stop over-analyzing my actions
To death…
It gets me nowhere.
Sometimes I just can’t stop myself.
If I continue to pick apart every single aspect,
I might end up in an even bigger hole.
It’s happened before…
My mind is just spinning its wheels.
The same goes for my emotions….
Emotions aren’t logical.
I can’t think my way out of them.
It’s crazy to try to make rational sense
Out of every single feeling that comes my way.
Feelings are here for me to feel and experience.
They help me live life more fully,
And guide me towards positive change
And transformation.
Even if sometimes it feels like a part of me
Is pushing and screaming…
Resisting…
or trying to find another way around them…
These feelings are here to be felt.
I now allow them to be unadultered by my mind.
I choose to allow them
To flow through my heart,
Instead of my head.
