Are You Paddling Upstream?

What is this thing called fortitude?

Abraham Hicks often uses the metaphor of paddling upstream when they talk about the Law of Attraction and those times when things aren’t flowing smoothly and easily.  And how really, all we have to do is let go of the struggle and go with the flow… using our emotions as guide posts.

The other day I had a great conversation with my friend and colleague, Grant Connolly. Grant is the creator of the Zpoint Process, one of the techniques I am trained in. It’s a simple but powerful process that works like a cleaning program for your unconscious.  It can take you into a state of deep peace as you release the supporting structure of whatever issue your working with.

We started to chat about surrender and how sometimes you just need to let go and see where life takes you. I believe that Life is always trying to direct you to your perfect path. If you are always struggling, something is out of sync!  It’s hard work paddling upstream!

During the call, Grant facilitates the Zpoint healing process on the topic of Surrender.  Have a listen and follow along and you’ll have a lovely clearing.

**If you’ve never experienced Zpoint, there are a few things you need to do to make this process work effectively for you.

Grant has made an instructional video to make things easy. Please visit before you listen to install the directions for the subconscious to heal and to assign a cue word.

Sit back and relax as you repeat your cue word…

  1. Thank you Linda for allowing me to work with you on this need to get past the “I’ll be happy when” syndrome. Before we can move past anything we must first surrender to where we are NOW. Then, we can move past that place.

  2. Marie Hughes says:

What a gift! Thank you so much for the Z-Point process on Surrender. Surrender is often our only choice if we wish to find peace and be happy in these crazy days. Besides the best ideas show up when you just sit still a moment, surrender and breathe.
