People ask me all the time if you have to believe for energy work to work.

My answer is always the same  –  NO. You don’t have to believe, but you have to be open.

Being open is more than a mental state, it’s also an energetic state. It’s like a door slightly ajar where the light can flood in. If that door is closed, there is no light…  there is no passageway leading to a different perspective and a different reality.

Some people think they have an open mind but really don’t. They’ve gone over and over the story in their head so many times.  They are so sure of what is true and what isn’t, that there is little room for new insights  –  and transformation.

It’s even OK to be skeptical, as long as you hold the possibility for something more than you already know.

Curiosity is a great outlook to have when doing your inner work, but even that can seem like a stretch sometimes.  Really, all you need is that door cracked open a bit to allow the possibility of movement.

When you work with a healer and you have a closed mind or a fixed perspective, there is no capacity for progress.  You’ve given the direction to your unconscious mind to hold your perimeters tight.

As a healer, one thing I can say with certainty is that there is always more going on than meets the eye… more than we are consciously aware of.  Sometimes we need someone else to help us open the door to new possibilities.

Testimonial:

“I am an over-thinker. I tend to be very concrete in my thinking.  There are times when life challenges me in ways that leave me struggling and in pain. So when Linda started talking to me about different thought change techniques and energy shifting experiences, needless to say, I was reluctant and sceptical.

However, I was open minded enough that my scepticism changed to being intrigued and eager to try to make changes in my health.

Some of the techniques seem almost too simple to possibly make any kind of difference. Yet, when we are done, change has started and you feel it.

Linda has helped me feel hopeful and excited again, about myself and my life, as I shift my energies from some dark, hopeless places. Thank you Linda for helping me see the possibilities!”  ~ D.C.
