I listened to this audio one right when I woke up & couldn’t get back to sleep. It really relaxed me, and I fell into a deep sleep and had the most incredible dream. I dreamt that I was with some family members and we were all 35 years younger. At one point, my mouth was packed full of pieces of paper that had words typed on them.
