Tatiana Slezak:
What I can see is current blockages in the body, but if the problem is connected to past life, I can see scenes from past lives.

Linda Lang:
What if the unexplained fears, patterns, and physical blockages you carry today aren’t actually from this lifetime? Intuitive healer Tatiana Slezak describes her ability to view deep cellular memories and past lives almost like watching a Netflix movie. It’s a tool to help rewrite your energetic blueprint and release personal, generational, and collective trauma. Stay tuned as we explore how these hidden stories shape our lives, complete with an energetic clearing for you.

Announcer: Welcome to Exploring the Mystical Side of Life with your host, Linda Lang.

Linda Lang:
Hi, this is Linda Lang from www.ThoughtChange.com. We are Exploring the Mystical Side of Life once again this week. Today we have Tatjana Slezak with us. Welcome, Tatjana.

Tatiana Slezak:
Thank you so much for having me.

Linda Lang:
You’re a very interesting intuitive healer, Tatiana. I am curious to hear your journey.

Tatiana Slezak:
When you say interesting, you mean visions and traumas that I can see, right?

Linda Lang:
Absolutely. Because that’s such a huge part in actually healing what’s happening in the body or the mind or the emotion.

Tatiana Slezak:
So what I can see, I call it Netflix. I don’t know, it’s just the name that came up. If the problem is connected to past life, I can see scenes from past lives. So I cannot do retrospection of all the past lives. “Oh, let’s go here. Let’s go there.” I don’t really have influence over what I see, but if there is an issue we talk about, all of a sudden I can start seeing actual scenes from past lives. And then, with your permission, we can clear it. And I was wondering for a long time, what’s that? And why it’s so important? Why it’s showing up…

And that’s when I realized that could create blueprint of our current behavior, of our current fears. Because all those traumas that we have, in most cases, are not to put us down. They were there to protect us and to help us to go through life and survive through generations, right? If you are scared of heights or you don’t want to talk to people because people hurt you, right? But this tool is not necessarily working. Nowadays, it doesn’t work and it’s actually blocking you. So we have lots of- I call them tools that help us to survive, but those tools are old. It’s like we are working in the field still with old stuff, but we could have big machine that’s now light and lightness, but our body is still fighting with old swords. So I felt huge relief when I started looking at those traumas, not things that are bad for us and are blocking us, and why I have that… It’s actually to protect us so we could survive through generations.

However, coming back to the past life, when the situation happens in the past, it’s your cell memory, like on a really, really deep, deep level. And it does influence your current life. Even you may think, “But nothing has happened.” In psychotherapy, and I’m also a counselor, people go and talk about current life but cannot see previous situations. So then with your permission, if you say “yes,” the picture usually is being cleared. If not, we go deeper and deeper. One important thing I would like to say, I’m not really doing anything. That was really interesting because before when I work with energy, like energy healers or intuitive healers or medical, they often say, “Okay, now I’m going to do this.

Now let’s do this.” I’m not really doing much. That’s why I call it Netflix. I mean, I am doing “much” because it’s going through my body- I yawn and cry. But I more watch it. Sometimes scenes are really horrible, terrible, and very painful, but we more watch the movie. That’s why I call it Netflix.

Linda Lang:
Is it only past life images that you see, or might you see something from this life, say, as an infant or young child that the person doesn’t recall?

Tatiana Slezak:
Yes. If it’s not connected to past life, there will be the situation from infant or being in your mom’s tummy, that as well. Quite often there may be no images, it’s just pain in the chest, or if it’s that thing that needs to be clear, or in the throat, or kind of like black smoke in the tummy, or I can’t speak because I feel that something… So something is stuck, it could be that as well.

Linda Lang:
And what about ancestral things? If it’s something genetic, do you see from the ancestry where the origin started?

Tatiana Slezak:
Yes, very often I see, especially for women, all women lineages. or generational traumas as nationalities. And that’s what I have seen quite a lot of time with Polish people, generational trauma, First and Second World War. Even with my daughter, when I did the session on her, and this is the first time where I saw myself being in ghetto, but also as a group. So I, more and more now, record sessions for collective. Because there are many things we have as collective, as a generation, or as whole human society, if I can call it this way. So it’s not only individual, but there are many things that we all carry.

And for some reason, I’m especially connected to women and traumas that we went through—all the witch hunts and things like that before. Pain being having no choice who you want to marry, that was cleared in one of the sessions as well, but as a group, as a collective, but not necessarily individually.

Linda Lang:
There’s so much in the history of both male and female that despite how advanced our society seems, still has links to these old traits.

Tatiana Slezak:
Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. And I feel so blessed now. At the beginning, I didn’t feel blessed. I felt that I’m losing my mind. But now I feel blessed seeing it and that we can clear it because we are going to the new, we need new tools. We are going to, as humans— I’m sure you can feel it as well— a new era. And it’s quite important to clear those things up.

So it’s like remodeling your house, right? You need some fresh paint and get rid of old junk. Basically, that’s, that’s how I see it. The junk that used to be extremely helpful, but it’s not anymore.

Linda Lang:
Yeah. Good metaphor. Good metaphor.

Tatiana Slezak:
If I could just say, like collective hunger, right? I realize as well that some people can’t stop eating. It’s because of generational trauma of hunger. And, you know, like, it’s ridiculous. You have access to all this food anytime, but you can’t be hungry even for a second. And there are plenty of people who I’ve spoken to and they said, “It’s ridiculous. I don’t know why I feel this way.” But there’s lots of things that we went through as humanity.

Linda Lang:
And so when you see an image or a memory that’s stored, obviously your client is probably not seeing it. So you would recount it to that person? And then how does it actually heal?

Tatiana Slezak:
So first of all, I need client’s permission. And that’s a beautiful thing because I cannot imagine walking around and seeing stuff. And in my work, I realized that nobody can get to you without your permission, even if they want to help you.

Linda Lang:
I totally agree. And I would consider it to be rather invasive if somebody did tune in without permission. Yeah.

Tatiana Slezak:
And once I even had situation where I had my session scheduled. This time was with my sister, actually. But before the session, which I didn’t know, she thought, “Actually, I don’t feel like it, but okay, I’m in Poland, she’s in Austria. Okay, let’s do it.” And I tune in and I say, “I see this big wooden door. I can’t get in. Like, what’s happening? Do you want this session?” And she said, “Actually, I don’t.” So this was wonderful because I realized I can’t get in and I can’t see things without someone’s permission.

So that also put a big relief on my heart. I won’t be able to see what you are not letting me to see. And it happened to me before, one of the clients said, “I’m scared of what you are going to see.” First of all, there is no judgment because we have all, all of us, we have our shadows and there is no judgment. But I’m not able to see if you’re not letting me. And answering your question, I try to describe as much as I can what I see. And I wish we could have some kind of monitor or something that people could actually… or maybe it’s better for them that they don’t because sometimes it’s horrible.

But I tell them in details and it happens, I think in my previous group session, someone said, “I’m sorry, Tatiana. I’m sorry.” Don’t, don’t, don’t, don’t feel sorry. I feel it’s very healing, even if it’s horrible. It’s very healing. So I describe it to the person as much as I can. And then I ask, “Would you like to release it?” And if they want to release it, I’m looking if the picture is changing.

And I think we are really going to the blueprint of the past, ad that’s what we are changing energetically, because we cannot change the past, right? But we can change energetic blueprint of the past. That’s my understanding. And then it does influence our present.

Linda Lang:
I find it really interesting that you use the word “blueprint.” And the reason is because most of the time in the world of alternative healing, the blueprint is kind of like our “divine blueprint” or how we’re supposed to be, not necessarily the traumas built in. So to me, it’s almost like the neural pathways that get created in trauma just get deeper and deeper and deeper and create a structure. And from that structure, that’s what we’re living and recreating our life and our future lives from… until we can somehow get the tires out of those deep muddy tracks and find a more comfortable or more expansive way of moving forward.

Tatiana Slezak:
Yeah. Yeah. That’s, that’s, that’s exactly it. I use the word blueprint like that because I… Like I said, I don’t really see traumas as bad things. And also, I don’t look at us that we should live all those perfect lives as well. Traumas were there to help us in most cases. That’s why we can be scared of something because something happened in the past and now you blocked, but it just doesn’t work anymore.

Linda Lang:
And of course, something that feels traumatic to someone might not actually be a trauma. For example, the first day of school can be very traumatic for many kids. But if we become attached to that fear and that anxiety, and whatever else we’re feeling, we can start creating a pattern.

Tatiana Slezak:
That’s exactly right. And I like what you said about our brain, that’s how I feel it does work. And I was shown that our, that our cell, really, really deep cell memory as well, but connected with a brain. But now we also go more into the heart. So that’s also another tool that we are getting that people used to use ages, ages, ages ago. And now we are coming back to. In order to survive, we needed our brain, but now we need our heart.

Linda Lang:
I love the power that you’ve given the clients’ permission because I agree, there are a lot of people who are maybe uncomfortable thinking that they’re an open book and someone can come in energetically, or visually, and see things that they don’t want other people to see. Maybe they’ve been hiding them, or maybe there’s darkness in the family history. But if you know that all you have to do is say “no,” even internally, right? If your spirit does not fully give permission, then it’s just not going to happen, or it’s going to be cut off.

Tatiana Slezak:
It’s not going to happen. And usually people come with the certain thing that we work on so we are in the area. And I also noticed that more things are opening when we are talking. So I talk to people, I ask questions, we have the story conversation. And I think it’s important for people to know that without their permission, nothing can happen. And I often bring this example, maybe it’s not correct, that lots of politicians and other people will be dead already if with our thoughts we could influence it so easily. There need to be some kind of holes and things to be able to go through.

But the word “yes,” permission, but like you said, internal, right? You don’t need to tell me anything. It’s because we are going to the— for some reason, I don’t like the word quantum field. I think it’s overused. these days, but there is this field of information around us and everything is there. And this is where we’re going, and the information and answers are there. And people can access it themselves. That’s what I also want to teach.

You can access it yourself. You do not necessarily need me to do that. But sometimes it gets so muddy that even to start you off, just to do some, you need cleaners to come and do some cleaning before you start. But actually everyone has this access to their field of information. And that’s quite important as well. And by even using your imagination and thinking you want to get information and the best access I notice you can get when you wake up at night. This is where you can ask questions. But energy healer is not necessarily needed unless you think it’s too much.

Linda Lang:
And I think you have to be willing to, like, there has to be that true desire for the healing or the information. I know for myself, there are times when I’ve asked and the answer did come through and in kind of a quantum way. So it’s almost irrefutable, right? That you know, in your bones, this is the answer. Other times I might ask and I might get nothing. And, you know, maybe it’s because my head is too busy thinking about other things, or maybe it’s because there is a part of me that really isn’t ready to hear it yet.

Tatiana Slezak:
Or it’s not necessarily, or it’s not a good time, or the answer will come in a different, different moment. So no, it’s not like you get the answers straight away. But definitely, I feel that if people are willing, they can do it themselves. And I would like to empower people to do it. Yes.

Linda Lang:
There’s a lot of people in the world that need to kind of go back and do that healing so it’s more productive if we could all help out a little bit, I think.

Tatiana Slezak:
Yeah. And there are so many, so many people these days helping and doing it and working collectively. That’s why I actually decided to start recording. So not necessarily do individual sessions, but also start recording for collective so we, as humans, we can clear it as collective, and then move on and work on certain things that you feel that bother you, that are blocking you from moving forward.

Linda Lang:
So when you’re working on collective issues, do you find that it is like the onion with many, many layers?

Tatiana Slezak:
Unfortunately, yes. It’s a never-ending story, but I cannot imagine my life without it, to be honest with you. I find it very practical. I’m quite busy. I have children, I have family, I have lots of things happening, and I find it quite practical because you go straight to the source. You don’t need to talk to people for 10 years about the same issue, which is also very helpful, but you just go straight to the source, clear it, and in many cases you are done. But as collective, when I record my sessions, I never know what’s going to happen. So I don’t have anything written down. I just sit down and see what happens. And pictures are showing up as collective as well, but it’s a symbol.

Linda Lang:
And we are all connected too.

Tatiana Slezak:
Absolutely. If you release hunger, you’re actually helping collective as well, and not only yourself. Yes.

Linda Lang:
This must have been quite a transformation for you when this gift first surfaced. You mentioned that you thought you were going mad.

Tatiana Slezak:
I really thought that. First, I’m making this up. Second, I’m going mad. Yes. But I didn’t feel mad in a sense of going to the mental institution like that, but that was really… That was really weird. And I had this thing, if I’m fully honest, I never wanted to be seen as woo woo. And that was my thing, not being laughed at because I’m very tall. I’m 6 foot, right? So I’m already different, right? People see me.

I remember this exactly at school. I was like, “I don’t want to be different.” And when those pictures started showing up, I went, “Holy moly. Now I’m really different.” So I kind of started fighting with this a little bit. And for a long time, when people ask me what I’m doing, I didn’t say. I didn’t want to say it.

Now I don’t care. Now I’m happy to say it. I’m a digger. I always look for more practical, faster ways. And I added what was called Body Codes. to it. And I thought, this is like, that’s it. That’s it. Like, “I’m done. I’m done.”

Linda Lang:
When you say Body Code, you mean Dr. Bradley Nelson’s Body Code?

Tatiana Slezak:
Yes, I did really quick, not the deep course to understand what Body Codes are. So I was sitting with my bioresonance, like a little wand, my kids call it, and looking for traumas in the body, and it was amazing. I loved it. But while I started doing it, I started seeing those pictures and I started yawning and crying. And this is where it happened. And now I don’t work with my wand. Now I really sound woo woo.

It’s like this special thing to feel the energy. People can do muscle testing. all that. And there was one beautiful person and I said, “I started seeing you in prison, like you are in the prison.” “Can you do something about this?” And I said, “Okay, let’s see. Do you want me to do it?” And she said, “yes.” And the prison clothing started shedding. And she contacted me next day. She said, I feel so much better, much better than after your bio-resonance session, after we did the prison thing.

Linda Lang:
You realize that if you’re yawning and you’re crying, or you’re burping or whatever, you’re helping to process that energy, right?

Tatiana Slezak:
Yeah, for sure. For sure. And during the session, I may feel really, really tired, but incredible thing for me was that the moment the session stops… and I also don’t decide when it stops, it’s just, okay. I think we have certain limits of energy that can go through. And like, some people want to throw as much as they can in a session, which I think is amazing as well, but that doesn’t work for me like that. We have like… it’s like detoxing, right? You don’t want to detox everything on the one session… although I know some people like it. But I’ve noticed here that at some point it’s just, “Oh, energy field cuts us off” and yawning, crying, feeling down, all gone.

Linda Lang:
I think it’s the mind that wants to get everything done really, really fast, but that the body takes a little bit of time to adjust to the different way it has to process energy without those… I don’t know if you want to call them roadblocks or whatever it’s released and it really does need time. I’ve heard of people that have like blown a molar because of the energy that runs through the teeth because they did too much at once.

Tatiana Slezak:
Yeah. And I am more gentle. I see with some people I need to be extremely gentle so I can see just one picture. Sometimes I see 5 at the same time working. It’s fine. But I still feel this process, even though it’s strong, it’s quite delicate. It’s serious.

We shouldn’t mess up that it’s energy. It doesn’t mean everything should be done on one session. That’s what I clearly see. And I see this correlation that was shown to me between energy and detoxing. It would be the same thing if you want to flush out all of a sudden all the toxins from your body. You may feel really, really bad. So give yourself time. Be gentle to yourself.

It’s a process. We’ve been here for generations and generations, plus collective, plus traumas, generational traumas, plus the whole women lineage, men lineage… which I really admire people who want to do this work because in most cases that stop it on them and they don’t bring it to their children, which is amazing as well. Big sacrifice to do that. But be gentle, good to yourself, love yourself. Don’t push too much. That’s what I realized. It’s a process.

Linda Lang:
Now, the things that you typically work on, would they be physical things or perhaps patterns or maybe emotional?

Tatiana Slezak:
Physical as well, but I noticed that most of the time that I attract usually mental health and blockages. And abundance blockages as well, because that’s, that’s a big thing. I had a client whose grandfather lost the business and he had this block as well, without knowing.

Linda Lang:
The psychological eventually will get into the body as well.

Tatiana Slezak:
Exactly. Psychology will get to the body.

Linda Lang:
And that’s what you trained in as a counselor, as well.

Tatiana Slezak:
So I did counseling in Poland, and in Australia as well.

Linda Lang:
Tatiana, you had mentioned before that maybe sometimes you might see 5 images. So to me, that would be like whatever you’re working on has maybe 5 different lifetimes or 5 different circumstances that have gone in to weave the tapestry that you’re trying to unravel in the moment.

Tatiana Slezak:
That could be that, or also… funny thing, let’s say you have problems, like, let’s say with your mom, and I see it’s starting clearing, but now you said, “Oh, but also I feel we should maybe work on this…,” and we can. While we work on another process, another process is working, and then I come back to see. At the beginning, I could only see one image, but now I can see a few.

So like, let’s say your body is clearing, right? “Oh, I see there is pain, some blockage in your tummy. Would you like to clear it?” And when you say yes, if everything goes well, “Okay, it’s clearing. Oh, but here’s something else showed up as well.” So while this is clearing, we not necessarily need to wait for this to finish. Especially that often things still work after the session. So I never tell people, “Come tomorrow, come in a week, to do another session.”

No, it actually needs to go through you, work through you. I would never tell people, “Come in a week, let’s do another one.” Financially, maybe it would be nice, but not good for them. Because it’s the process that’s happening even after the session as well.

Linda Lang:
Do you have any interesting miracle stories that you could share with us?

Tatiana Slezak:
The biggest miracle story, the one that I remember the most, it was my daughter, actually. I felt really honored that she came to me and she asked me to do the session. I don’t usually see also myself in her. That was a Second World War situation. She was in Australia for many years, but every time she heard “Poland,” or Polish songs, she got extremely emotional. Too emotional. She said, “I miss Poland so much.” But it’s nice to miss, but not if it’s really stopping you from your daily life. And this is where we did the session. And she told me after that, “Mom, you have to continue doing this.”

I saw her in Warsaw, in capital city of Poland as a scout girl, which made so much sense because she was a scout here and she was listening to old Polish scout songs, helping people in ghetto. And I was in ghetto and she was giving me bread. And also, that this was where I realized when I have hunger issues, I can’t be hungry even for a second. So I was able to clear it as well. But I cleared it for her and all of a sudden my daughter— she prides herself for not crying, really. She started crying when I told her that she’s in a Second World War situation. Oh, it feels like it’s waking up again.

And after that, she felt so much better. She said, “Now I’m really happy to go to Poland, but I don’t have this pain in me.” So that was my first big success story with her. Yeah, the closest to my heart.

Linda Lang:
And it’s a good example to see how things shift afterwards.

Tatiana Slezak:
It was even scary because she said, “Now I feel like I lost my identity because I always felt so connected to Poland and now I am in limbo.” I said, “Now you can be connected to both countries or to whatever you want,” but that shifted big time. And also this client I mentioned before, the prison thing, seeing her all of a sudden in this orange prison uniform and that she felt free after that as well. There were quite a few situations when women hated children. She said, “I hate children. And it’s not like I want to have children, but I don’t want to hate children. It really bothers me.” And in her past life, she lost— it was 18th century— she lost her child in a carriage accident.

So there was a big carriage and the child died. And she put in herself, “I don’t want to have kids. I absolutely don’t want to have kids. I don’t want to have anything to do with these kids because it’s too painful.” So we released this as well. And she said, “Now I still don’t want to have kids, but they don’t bother me that much.” And that was really interesting because that was the first time that I went to the 18th century and I’ve seen all those carriages.

Even back in the Roman days as well, lots of losing business, fires, women burnt on the stake as well. And they can’t start their YouTube channels, their businesses because they are so scared. And that also, that was the root of the situation.

Linda Lang:
The thing that I find so relatable is that we all have stuff back there, whether we’re aware of it or not.

Tatiana Slezak:
Absolutely. We all, we all do. Maybe sometimes, I’m not sure, people just don’t, don’t want to get into it. But I feel big relief actually in this knowing that’s, that’s not just me. That’s not just one person. It’s everyone.

Linda Lang:
And I think that the issue will either surface or the effect that that issue has on you in creating whatever pattern that will be prevalent in your life when it’s time to work on it. Yeah.

Tatiana Slezak:
You either live with this or it’s going to get too hard. And then people start searching and looking for help and seeing “why am I blocked?” Especially those blockages that are blocking us from getting into our full potential. It’s because body, mind, um, field, higher power is scared to move forward because of the previous experiences.

Linda Lang:
I remember in Hawaii, I had a phobia I didn’t know I had… until I was in Hawaii, and it was all about being drowned. But it was just so wild to me. I was like, I don’t know, 50 years old and I never knew I had this until—

Tatiana Slezak:
So you couldn’t get to the, the ocean. What happened?

Linda Lang:
Oh, I could be in the ocean. No problem. I could not put my head underwater. I booked an excursion to go snorkeling with the dolphins. So I’d rented a snorkel and thought I’d better practice, to learn how to snorkel. And I had the mask on. I could not put my head in that, in that water. It was like absolute terror the second I got an inch towards the water. And the second I was not near the water, it was like completely gone. Completely. And I must’ve did this for an hour. It was like, what is this?

Tatiana Slezak:
Someone told you that it was a witch thing? Because I see something different. Can I tell what’s true, though? So not Hawaii, but some kind of island situation as well. I’m not sure where. And it’s actually, it’s like your mother drowned you as a little child, but not little child, like a baby. And why is that? But there is no feeling I want to kill my baby.

No, the feeling was protective, a feeling. It doesn’t make sense someone wants to drown baby. Very poor, very poor woman. More like she was considered a witch or that something is going to— yes. Yeah. That’s what happened. I started talking and things are showing up. She was supposed to be killed and she was running away.

Tatiana Slezak:
Not sure if that’s a witch situation or something. And she knew that something is going bad to happen to her baby. So she took control and she decided to kill the baby because she didn’t want this baby to get into the hands of the men. But she was the one who was in danger. Would you like to release that?

Linda Lang:
Absolutely.

Tatiana Slezak:
And this woman is… her clothes are really, you know, the kind of like you put the potatoes in, this kind of fabric, like really, really, really poor. She’s crying, long black hair. Okay. The message is “water is going to save you. The drowning is to set you free so you don’t go into the hands of those men.” And you’re a boy here.

Linda Lang:
Yeah.

Tatiana Slezak:
Okay. Beautiful. Looks like you’re doing lots of work because with you it’s going really fast, so the picture is changing. She’s taking you out from the water and holding you. And like there is a light surrounding, the light surrounding you and your mom and those men can’t get in. You are just surrounded. Both of you are surrounded by light.

Okay, what happened actually, she drowned herself and you because she didn’t want to be captured. And now she’s passing you to some people so she doesn’t need to… so the, what happened, you drowned with your mom, but now the picture is changing. So the energy, like I call it this energy blueprint, that she’s passing you to other people and they take you to safety. So this fear of water should slowly start being released from you because you were like this situation has changed.

Linda Lang:
What was so interesting, because I’m not running any energy while I’m doing it, and you’re just seeing and telling me what you’re seeing, but I’m feeling all of these energetic sensations, almost like, like, I don’t know, like dimension-shifting, or like, you know, your bones aren’t as solid, like through, through the nasal passages, through the eyes. The back of the head, it’s all was just kind of like moving. It was really interesting. Really interesting.

Tatiana Slezak:
It’s still going. I recommend to have some water after our— yeah, it’s still go— oh, it’s quite, yeah, lots of pain there, but also lots of love to you.

Linda Lang:
Fascinating.

Tatiana Slezak:
Yeah, thank you for letting me in. You didn’t know that you did.

Linda Lang:
Yeah. Well, you know, I do like to explore. Tatiana, is it possible to do a group healing for the listeners?

Tatiana Slezak:
Yeah, because I got really, really connected. Absolutely. What I feel it’s coming for the listeners is to feel brave, to open yourself, to work on your blockages. That it’s okay, that there is nothing wrong with you. There’s so much judgment in, you have so much judgment in yourself. Now, if you would like to, and this judgment is sitting here because I keep in the chest and as well in the throat. Like, it’s okay. It’s okay to be who you are.

There is no mistake that you are the way you are. This is what brought you here as well. So if you would like to release those, this judgment, any judgment you have towards yourself. That’s what’s coming to the listeners. You can say “yes” out loud or just in your mind.

Linda Lang:
I’ll be the surrogate and say yes.

Tatiana Slezak:
Okay. Take a deep breath in and breathe out. Year 2026 is very much into the truth, and I feel the truth is blocked in the throat, your own personal truth. It doesn’t mean that you go around and tell people what you think about them. It’s your truth, accepting of who you are. And also when things are not the way you want them to be, even admitting to yourself that they are not the way you want them to be. If you would like to open yourself for the truth, your own personal truth, please say “yes.”

Linda Lang:
Yes.

Tatiana Slezak:
Take a deep breath in and breathe out. And again, breathe in. And breathe out. And I don’t know why it showed up, but it’s like shake, shake, shake. Shake it off, shake it off. Yeah, that’s what came up for your listeners. I hope it’s okay.

Linda Lang:
Absolutely. So if anyone has felt a shift, please leave us a comment and let us know.

Tatiana Slezak:
I would love to hear.

Linda Lang:
And this is something that can continue to work after watching as well.

Tatiana Slezak:
Absolutely. Absolutely. And this work, you can come back to it as well, or do it, do it on yourself. And yes, and it’s still going to work. If you open yourself to it, it’s still going to work after watching. Yes.

Linda Lang:
Those layers of the onion, right?

Tatiana Slezak:
Those layers of the onion.

Linda Lang:
Been absolutely fascinating having you here, Tatiana. Thank you so much for being my guest.

Tatiana Slezak:
