Wow, I could really feel the energy in this one. Right when you began to talk I had a flood of emotion and almost started to cry. I had so many visions throughout it started… an angel dressed in a long flowing gown lifted her arms up to the heavens and a white dove flew out from her hands and into the sky.  I saw myself and another being with our left arms extended ,facing the opposite direction. We put our arms together, one on top of the other, while gripping each other’s arms with our hands. We both began to wiggle our fingers while looking into each other’s eyes. The visions cut away to something else that I can’t quite remember and then flashed back to this same vision. There was so much that happened and I can’t recall it all but I do remember feeling this warm tingly calm feeling all over my body through the whole meditation. ~ S.
