It begins when a person is ready to accept that prayers are heard and answered. Prayers may be answered differently than you want them to be. I like to think they are answered for my own good, even if sometimes it’s in a way that might not make sense in the limitations of my current perspective.

In times of distress turn to prayer even if you don’t think you can do it. YOU can. It can be done alone in a room by yourself, or in a group of two or more. BELIEVE and trust that the prayer will work. Plus it releases the tension that worry causes.

Sometimes in stressful situations, you’ll find yourself ready to panic. Instead take 3 deep breathes & slowly release them. Focus……and calmly pray for guidance to direct you to more positive outcomes, peace and understanding to what is going on. Take a few minutes to meditate by yourself and think positive.

Take time to relax and give thanks after realizing your prayer has been answered. If you believe, dreams can come true. Prayers will be answered, maybe not the same day, but eventually they are answered.

Take time to appreciate life even when at times it seems to pass us by. Be thankful for all the beauty this life has to offer… our family, our friends, our pets, our special experiences, all gifts to embrace on our journey.

We are all unique & loved unconditionally. Let go of the past and start again. Rejoice that mistakes are simply mistakes…. and nothing more. Laugh at your mistakes. The future can be bright again.

Truly believe in yourself.

Ask Spirit for advice if you feel the need and then let go of it and, and begin the journey towards happiness again. You’ll soon feel like you’ve been rewarded finally with happiness, once you open and allow happiness back into your life. You’ll be able to spread it forth to others who are in difficult stages of their lives.

Embrace each day you are given. Rejoice and be thankful for all the experiences you’ve journeyed through.  You are stronger and more resilient than you think!
