I was really excited when I received the guidance to create a Sacral Chakra workshop.

Why?

Because the 2nd chakra is the partnership chakra and carries the energy of all our one-to-one relationships — personal and professional.  And not just with people!  It includes our relationships with money, with creativity and with LIFE itself!  All of our great artists, inventors and creatives make use of this chakra.

The 2nd chakra drives us to express our passions & desires.  It allows us to experience touch, to have fun in life, to be sensual and find pleasure, and to magnetically attract. And to create!  This chakra is all about living life fully.

Caroline Myss tells us “Second chakra energy is one of the primary resources we have for coping with the day-to-day events of our lives, providing creative solutions to mental, physical and spiritual problems or issues.”

Great when it is healthy, but the Sacral Chakra can become wounded.  In unhealthy or unsupportive relationships, when our needs are not met, by having weak boundaries, experiencing abuse, being controlled or manipulated, or having low self esteem and  shame. It can hold debris when we SUPPRESS our creative expression or feel limited. You begin to pull your life force in instead of sharing it with the world.

2nd Chakra issues can eventually manifest physically in your body in the reproductive organs and large intestines, with chronic low back and hip pain, or urinary issues. Things like fibroids, difficult periods or severe menopause symptoms, impotence, sciatica… they all have their roots in the Sacral Chakra.

Not to mention things like money flow, the ability to enjoy life and to create your heart’s desires!

So yes!  I am very excited to offer this workshop!
